Great service and a perfect job!

Gave the suit for dry cleaning, they fixed the paints not the jacket. I have a business trip, needed this done on time... now forced to iron myself dirty jacket due to lack of time. Disappointing...

THE MOST BAD PLACE IN DEN HAAG FOR CLOTHERS CLEANING. Never never I will bring my clothes there. I brought my jacket there, to refresh. First I got it back with a stains. After 3 times they tried to fix it ( took 3 day in a row) I got it back, still with stains, and...plus with a SIGARET SMELL. Probably someone was smoking next to my jacket or in my jacket, no idea. That's unbelievable worst place ever. I NEVER EVER HAD A SUCH BAD EXPERIENCE THAN IN PANDA.

Amazing service that went above and beyond the call of duty! And did a great job with cleaning our curtains. Highly recommended!!

Dropped of three blazers before 9:30 on Monday. Their website promises you a ready the same day service if you do so. They told me it would be ready the next day by 16:30 instead. It wasn’t urgent so I didn’t argue. Went back the next day and only two were ready. No apologies, nothing. Went to pick them up, some stains were still there, looks like it may just be wear and tear but they could have at least mentioned that. Only thing I like is that they attached the number to the label and not the actual fabric as some dry cleaners do. Quality is average, good enough, but customer service appalling.

We asked this morning to drop off some bags of clothes for washing/drying and were told by the lady working in the shop that they don't offer this (although their website says they do), only dry cleaning. She explained to us that there are places that offer this around, but couldn't reccommend a specific one. She also wrote down the Dutch words for what we were looking for which translates as laundromat. This was all fine and I left a 4* review explaining this so that other tourists aren't confused that they don't offer a service that is advertised on their website. However, after the owner kindly responded to my review we found out that they do offer drop off washing and drying and that the owner is also unsure as to why we were told that they don't. If we hadn't already done our washing at a laundromat (because nowhere else nearby offered the drop off service) we would have gone back to try again. I have changed my review to 2* because we were lied to. Edit 11/10: Several weeks after posting my original review, the owner has message me again pressuring me to change my review, stating that his mother (apparently the lady that served us) is the heart of the company and that she was nice to us on the security footage. I agree, she was nice to us, I don't know why she told us that they don't offer a service when they do. I only want to warn other tourists that they might we turned away. He has blamed me for the destruction of a small company. All I can say is, if this blatent harassment is what customers get when they provide constructive criticism, then I feel as though they now deserve a 1* review.
