Maar.. meestal veel te druk en dikwijls ook veel stof en slecht zicht. Top dive site with good infrastructure such as stairs and toilet / sink. Filling station and resto nearby. But .. usually much too busy and often a lot of dust and poor visibility.

Pour y respirer un bon bol d'air pur... Endroit très fréquenté par les plongeurs. Beau parking bien situé. The road along the Eastern Scheldt and on the dike allows you to admire the landscape. At low tide, it is possible to practice shellfish fishing. To breathe a good breath of fresh air ... Place very frequented by divers. Nice parking lot well located.
E	Erik Bonjean on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Makkelijk duiken hier. Mooi veranderd na de versteviging van de vooroevers. Grote breuksteen rond 30 m. Dat wordt mooi als het helemaal begroeid is. Easy diving here. Nicely changed after the reinforcement of the foreshore. Large quarry stone around 30 m. That will be nice when it is completely overgrown.

Attention aux marées. very nice dive site, easy for beginners and others I could find a lobster on a walk on a background of 40 meters. Watch out for the tides.

K	Karen B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prachtige plek! Een Natura 2000 gebied! Ik zou -als ik geen oorproblemen had- heel graag hier onder water een kijkje willen nemen. Bericht aan de #GemeenteGoes of #GemeenteWemeldinge: jullie zouden meer controleurs en betere bebordingen moeten plaatsen want het is o.a. de Chinezen (met nummerborden uit België, Duitsland en Tjechië) niet duidelijk dat dit een beschermd gebied is. Ze waren met zo'n 20-25 mensen zo vreselijk aan het stropen dat ik de politie heb gebeld. Deze zijn gelukkig gekomen. Alle met vlees-aan-een-draadje gestroopte baby krabjes moesten terug gegooid worden. Helaas is er geen cent bijgedragen aan de staatskas... Maar de aftocht volgde. En dit is slechts een druppel op een gloeiende plaat.... want je ziet het daar overal hoe bakken vol naar auto's gedragen worden! Wat blijft er over voor de daar levende dieren? Ik hoop dat meer mensen zich verantwoordelijk gaan voelen dit kwetsbare stukje natuur te beschermen! Beautiful place! A Natura 2000 area! If I didn't have ear problems, I'd love to take a look here underwater. Message to the #GemeenteGoes or #GemeenteWemeldinge: you should place more inspectors and better signs because it is not clear to the Chinese (with number plates from Belgium, Germany and the Czech Republic) that this is a protected area. They were poaching so terribly with about 20-25 people that I called the police. These came luckily. All baby crabs poached with meat on a string had to be thrown back. Unfortunately not a cent has been contributed to the state treasury... But the retreat followed. And this is just a drop in the ocean... because you see it everywhere how bins full are carried to cars! What is left for the animals living there? I hope that more people will feel responsible to protect this vulnerable piece of nature!
