Het kan gebruikt worden voor bijvoorbeeld een familiereünie in het prachtige Zeeland. Veel zorggroepen vinden ondertussen ook de weg naar de Stelhoeve.
De groepsaccommodatie is helemaal nieuw gebouwd in overeenstemming met de voormalig oude Zeeuwse boerderij. De groepsaccommodatie heeft 14 slaapkamers met ieder een eigen badkamer met douche, toilet en wastafel. 4 kamers hebben een echte, ouderwetse, bedstede.
