Great hotel and location and perfect with our dog aswell. Breakfast was great and due to COVID delivered to our door perfectly on time in the morning.

Prachtig, echt prachtig !!! Wonderful and wild view from the penthouse, huge space to dwell in if bad weather, big balcony and huge window panes with almost panoramuc view, nice breakfast and room service ! ??????✨?

A wonderful relaxing spot in Zoutelande - a fantastic room and balcony minutes from the dunes and beach. Even in covid times the staff were attentive and friendly while making me feel safe...

The location and facilities are really nice and the “smart” key, check in , check out worked well. Unfortunately that is the only thing that works. There is no personal service on premise which I have no issue with as long as there is up to date and easy available information and support. That is not the case. The information on the guest card and webpage is not up to date nor easy to follow. What can improve: - We contacted the hotel the day before to ask around food due to Covid and were told they do not support and facilitate that. We were also advised that the reception closes at five if we would order in but they did could not advise if any restaurant would be open for Take Away or delivery. - Upon entering the room the dishwasher wasn’t emptied and full with the previous guests dishes. - In order to connect to the WiFi you are instructed on the guest card to put in a user name. Thus is not correct you need to find the WiFi specific named after your “lodge”. That took a while to appear for us and the speed was very slow. - We called after three for drinks as they said reception would be open until five but no one answered the phone nor via e-mail or on the chat. - Why not have an honesty bar or vending machine if you are not on premise? - information about breakfast is not clear. They place it outside your door but do not knock and you can’t do any special order. I am glad I don’t have any allergies. Service is important especially if you want to be smart.

The rooms are ok, but very cold. Parking is fine, but the space for electric cars (charging) are always blocked by petrol heads. In sum the hotel is very expensive. Too much we think.

Good bed, easy mobile check-in, nice outdoor space, good breakfast, hot temperature. Location is main selling argument. We stayed in a Large Lodge, early May 2021. Check-in by mobile phone is easy system and very intuitive. You can open the hotel doors and your lodge door with the phone. In your room 2 separate key cards will be ready for you. Room is clean, spacious, modern. Does not feel cosy and there are limited lighting options. You can change temperature of the room, but this takes several days to get there, and you are not allowed to activate the ventilation. Shower is very basic, toilet is tiny. Some small parts were broken or defective (eg. Shower door was leaking, water cooker cover was broken). Reception took them in and they will going to be fixed soon.

Really nice hotel with amazing location, just next to the beach. The room was very clean and the view from the balcony was very relaxing. We were very happy that the hotel accepts pets, so we could travel with our doggy. The breakfast was delivered to our door at 8am and there was variety of breads, ham, cheese, boiled eggs and many sweet and savory spreads + yoghurt with muesli. We weren't hungry.

Definitely the most exclusive place to stay in Zoutelande. Harmoniously embedded in the middle of the dunes, just a stone’s throw away from the sea, the hotel offers a quiet place for recreation. The functional and stylish interior fits into the concept in an unobtrusive way. Despite the proximity to the sea, shops and cafés are only a few hundred meters away.
