V	Vera Völlings on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wie bei so vielen Unterkünften hapert es an vielen Kleinigkeiten. Ein Familienzimmer(für 4 Personen) mit einen 50 cm breiten Kleiderschrank. Keine Regale. Insgesamt nur 6 Haken. Handtücher z.T. nicht sauber. Von 2 Fernseher funktionierte einer nicht und der andere hatte nur 3 Programme. Vor, neben und hinter dem Hotel hätte es schön sein können. Viel Platz, viele Sessel. Leider wurden diese nicht sauber gemacht und es gab keine Sitzkissen um vielleicht doch bequem und sauber sitzen zu können...es gab auch Pluspunkte: der Wirt mega nett und freundlich, genauso das Personal, das Frühstück besser als erwartet und total hundefreundlich. Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Hotel und quasi direkt in der "City" und in 5 Minuten am Strand. As with so many accommodations, there are a lot of little things missing. A family room (for 4 people) with a 50 cm wide wardrobe. No shelves. Only 6 hooks in total. Towels partly not clean. Of 2 TVs, one did not work and the other only had 3 programs. It could have been nice in front of, next to and behind the hotel. Lots of space, lots of armchairs. Unfortunately, these were not cleaned and there were no seat cushions to be able to sit comfortably and cleanly ... there were also pluses: the host very nice and friendly, as well as the staff, the breakfast better than expected and totally dog-friendly. Parking lot directly behind the hotel and almost directly in the "city" and in 5 minutes on the beach.

Gastheer Jacco is vriendelijke man en heeft ervoor gezorgd dat we een heerlijke mini vakantie in Zoutelande hebben doorgebracht. Henk en Henny van Zuidland Great hotel, neat, an extensive breakfast buffet and a cozy atmosphere. Host Jacco is a friendly man and has ensured that we have spent a wonderful mini holiday in Zoutelande. Henk and Henny van Zuidland
n	nicole schurgers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onze 3-persoonskamer waren 2 kamertjes met een deur ertussen. Wij hadden deze geboekt voor onze grote hond en bleek daarvoor dus perfect. Ons bed was zeer goed. De tv had alle zenders, er was n kluisje en n klein ijskastje. Verder een eenvoudige douche met n goeie douche-kop. Kortom, alles was goed in orde. Ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid. De ligging was perfect. De bocht om en je was in de straat met de winkels en restaurants. En dus ook meteen aan zee. Our triple room was 2 rooms with a door in between. We had booked this for our large dog and it turned out to be perfect for that. Our bed was very good. The TV had all channels, there was a safe and a small refrigerator. Furthermore, a simple shower with a good shower head. In short, everything was fine. Breakfast was very extensive. The location was perfect. Round the bend and you were in the street with the shops and restaurants. And therefore also directly by the sea.
W	Wilma Tijssen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erg oud hotel, bad kamer is een meter breed zit je op het toilet dan komen je knieen tegen de muur, geen spiegel boven de wasbak maar die hangt boven de wc. Niet echt vriendelijk personeel. Parkeren kan bij het hotel, let wel als de parkeerplaats vol staat kom je de parkeerplek bijna niet meer uit. Redelijk goed ontbijt koffie is werkelijk niet te drinken. De bijna 300 euro voor 2 nachten is het niet waard. Very old hotel, bathroom is one meter wide, if you sit on the toilet, your knees will hit the wall, no mirror above the sink, but it hangs above the toilet. Not really friendly staff. You can park at the hotel, but if the parking lot is full you will hardly get out of the parking space. Reasonably good breakfast coffee is really not drinkable. The almost 300 euros for 2 nights is not worth it.

K	Katherine Lehner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible. The boiler ran right outside our door all night. The halls smelled like something died inside the walls. Owners need to update the entire facility. I only gave them two stars because the new woman at the front desk was very friendly. Shame.

The rooms are dirty, make up on the mirrors, a chewing gum on the floor, dirty sheets, brown stains on the walls and the ceiling, bathroom mouldy. They obviously know that the demand for rooms is so high they just charge whatever they like.

We had a room for 4 in the 2nd floor with no balcony or anything (there was no information about that when we booked the room) and the cleaning staff didn't take care of our room regularly. There's also no actual parking space around the hotel. The beds were quite uncomfortable but at least everything was clean and the breakfast was nice with some space outside and behind the hotel to eat in the sun. Also, the hotel is just about 5 minutes away from the beach (by foot) and some seats right infront of the hotel to sit down and smoke
