β β β β β Wat een slechte service, aan het begin wordt er gezegd dat ik 12 minuten moet wachten (wat al te absurt voor woorden is), vervolgens moet ik na 12 minuten weer opnieuw zolang wachten.
Te droevig voor woorden dit..
What a bad service, at the beginning I am told to wait 12 minutes (which is too absurd for words), then I have to wait again after 12 minutes.

β β β β β Heel erg slecht zoals de meeste overheidsinstellingen, althans aan de telefoon. Ten eerste moet je vaak zo'n 30 minuten wachten tot je ze eindelijk aan de lijn krijgt, als dit lukt moet je ook nog de goede afdeling hebben anders wacht je gewoon weer 30 minuten. Neem eens wat meer mensen aan !
Very very poor like most government agencies, at least on the phone. First, you must often wait about 30 minutes until you get to the line they finally, if successful you must also have the proper department otherwise you just wait another 30 minutes. Take some more people!

β β β β β The location is easily accessible by public transport. Also, there are pre paid parking places if you are coming by car. Parking rates are 1.75 euros per hour. The entrance for DUO office is in the left side of main entrance. Just follow the sign board. Show the letter and id at reception and you will get key of locker in which the bag, coat, mobiles and other belingings can be stored as there items are not allowed in exam room. There is a coffee machine with regular hot dink options which you can use free of cost. The employees which are conducting the exam are polite and friendly.
Be there atleast 30 min. before the exam starts.
Overall, it was a good experience.
