★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented the 3 wheel bakfiets and a regular adult bicycle for one day on a Sunday and had excellent service. Very attentive to help us with the safety features of a bicycle we were not familiar with and also easy to return. We had a nice ride out to Kinderdijk from this location. Just be sure to budget more than the allotted time in google maps, as it is certainly a journey there and back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfriendly and stubborn. Arrived at 3:30pm and wanted to rent 4 bicycles. The guy said that we would need to return the bikes at 6pm so we asked what the rent would be. He said he would need to charge the full daily rate of €12.50 for each bike, in total €50 for 2 ½ hours. We politely asked him for a discount which he bluntly denied because of the shop’s policy. We thanked him and walked away. Unpleasant experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my bike there to fix the seat (it was stuck at the lowest position, and it was rusty so I could not manage to move it), and it was fixed within 2 minutes! The guy there was very helpful and friendly, and didn't charge us any money. I recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rent a bike in Rotterdam to make a 200km tour around the Netherlands. I was a bit concerned about the bad reviews I read here but everything went fine. The bike I rent had 3 gears and it was not its first travel for sure but it was good enough for my trip. Price are normal, not too expensive but not cheap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you go to make an investment in a bicycle, this is the kind of place to go. The staff are friendly and knowledgable, giving great advice and accommodating all of my questions. They gave up plenty of time to let me ride on various demo models as much as I wanted and were very flexible in changing features to my desired configuration. They’re responsive on email and very friendly to deal with. Feel very lucky to have them so nearby! I’ve also rented bicycle here in the past when friends have visited and it’s a very good rate for a quality bicycles, with good flexibility for the return time. Five stars for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It looked like a good (e-) bike shop, however online advertisement didn't align with the store itself. The website said that they sold 2nd hand bikes but this wasn't the case... So i sadly had to walk away empty handed.
