Natuurlijk the Eagles, singer/songwriters waar nooit iemand van heeft gehoord. Dat is wat mij hindert op dit soort shows. Laat eens horen wat mensen wel thuis beluisteren, klassiek, pop maar niet deze b..... . Very good show of beautiful equipment. Only the music they play is too sad for words. Of course the Eagles, singer / songwriters that no one has ever heard of. That's what bothered me on shows like this. Let's hear what people do listen to at home, classical, pop but not this b ......
R	Remco Klopper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leuke dag op de Dutch Audio Event 2021 gehad. Niet te druk waardoor voldoende tijd en ruimte om rustig te luisteren naar de verschillende set-ups. Voor mijn smaak was bij 4 van de 5 demo's het laag (lage tonen) te aanwezig en daarmee overheersend. Enkeling had ook volume te hoog waardoor echt luisteren moeilijk werd. Kamers met room treatment klonken vaak beter. Waarom heeft niet iedere deelnemer dit gedaan? Had a nice day at the Dutch Audio Event 2021. Not too busy, leaving enough time and space to quietly listen to the different set-ups. For my taste, in 4 of the 5 demos the bass (low tones) was too present and therefore predominant. A few also had volume too high which made real listening difficult. Rooms with room treatment often sounded better. Why didn't every participant do this?

U	UnnamedOne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My problem with the show was that most of the systems that cost as much as cars or even entire houses didn't sound any better (most even worse) than a well setup 5000€ system. Either they weren't setup well or they were designed for people in their 60s with a super high boost in the treble region. Particularly bad was the 55000€ system by D audio. They only played classic music that was exceptionally bad for their system. The people presenting these kind of systems weren't even competent enough to choose music that sounded good on their systems. The organizer of the event should in my opinion enforce (or at least encourage) that a wider variety of music is played so that one can really notice problems with certain systems and also younger people can get more interested in the Hifi hobby. All in all there were only 5 rooms that I would consider good. These were: 5. western electric + JBL 4. Dali, 3. Chord, 2. Audio Note and by far the best was Goldmund (although these cost as much as a house). The guy from Audio Note had different styles of music that we really liked. He played everything from classic to death metal so one could really get a good impression of his system. I had the feeling that in the Audio Note room no song was played twice.
