Door zijn hulp ben ik inmiddels wel van mijn rugblessure af, ben ik 10 kilo afgevallen en ben ik fitter dan ooit. Top!
 Rik is a fantastic trainer, who knows how to make the training spicy, varied but also fun. Forgo with a smile on your face :-)
Thanks to his help, I have now got rid of my back injury, I have lost 10 kilos and I am fitter than ever. Top!
