Their customer service is also rude with the customers!
They failed to deliver my package 2 days in a row!
First they didn't keep the scheduled time and arrived 1 h earlier when I was not at home yet. During the second delivery, driver reported I was not at home, even though I was at home. He simply never showed up and called or rang the doorbell!
Let's see if I ever get my package!

β β β β β I really don't understand what people complain about. I made order on otto,delivery partner of which is dynalogic. I got information about delivery time,on a site I controlled all the way to my home, and 2 friendly guys brought my couch on a 1 floor and took after all carton. I definitely gonna be happy to get again delivery with this company.

β β β β β They cancelled my order after i wasn't home and didn't tried to deliver it the next day. I had to wait 2 weekend until i got the order. 1 star is too much for this unprofessionalism!

β β β β β I really don't understand why the rating is so low. They work with MediaMarkt a lot, which is a terrible company when trying to communicate with them. Dynalogic is great! Really nice customer service! Would recommend! They helped me a lot for getting and installing my new Sony TV. Thanks so much!

β β β β β Professional service, 5/5. A few months back, they brought our washing machine and dryer (via MediaMarkt) to the 2nd floor through narrow flights of stairs. Today they brought our new fridge (via bol.com). Strong delivery guys who communicate well and make sure you are satisfied with your purchase before leaving.

β β β β β They were meant to come at 14h00 but arrived at 23h00. The delivery guys also bulldozed their way through my place and damaged my floors and walls and fridge. Nothing was safe.

β β β β β Worst experience I ever made with delivery services! It's a miracle, why media markt contracts them.
They did a huge damage while delivery at our house and are not willing to pay the damage. The workers ran away and left everything behind. Same goes for the customer service. Hands away of this company!!!
