★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik bezocht eerst het filiaal van Zoetermeer, ik ben daar uitermate slecht behandeld en de werknemers namen mij niet serieus. Ik ben toen naar het filiaal in Alphen gegaan en daar ben ik echt uitstekend geholpen. Ik geef daarom mijn review 5-sterren.
 I first visited the Zoetermeer branch, where I was treated extremely badly and the employees did not take me seriously. I then went to the branch in Alphen and I received excellent help there. That's why I give my review 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel met verstand van zaken. Ze zijn hier niet beroerd om echt de tijd voor je te nemen, je smaken te adviseren en leggen heel duidelijk uit wat de techniek is en waaruit de vloeistoffen bestaan. Ze houden goed rekening met jou als klant en zetten dan ook graag een stapje extra om je goed te helpen. Dit is echt een van mijn favoriete vape-winkels en kan dan ook iedereen aanraden hier langs te gaan, zeker als je nog niet zo veel van vapen weet en graag meer informatie krijgt.
Al met al dus de volle vijf sterren dubbel en dwars waard!
Incredibly friendly staff who know their business. They are not afraid to really take the time for you, advise your tastes and explain very clearly what the technology is and what the liquids consist of. They take you as a customer into account and are happy to go the extra mile to help you properly. This is really one of my favorite vape shops and can therefore recommend everyone to stop by here, especially if you are new to vaping and would like more information.
All in all, well worth the full five stars!
