The owner, Diederik, sat us down and took the time to explain all the aspects to get us started. By the end, we walked out of that store with two very reasonable prices vaporizers and we haven't touched a cigarette since.
Some things came up in the past week for which we needed customer service and once again, the owner took the time to make sure everything was fixed and perfect.
It is a very nice looking store, the products seem to be of very good quality and the owner's customer service is fantastic. Side note: he speaks multiple languages among which are Dutch, English and French.
