D	Drazen Martinovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe eine Dusch Glastrennwand verdunkelt bei Eago gekauft. Rein optisch sehr schön vom Glas. Leider haben 2 Schraubenabdeckungen (auf den Bildern beim Artikel sind diese auch abgebildet) gefehlt für die Halterung der Glaswand. Sprich man sieht von außen die Schrauben: Sieht einfach nur unsauber und schlecht aus. Vom Service erst gesagt bekommen, man liefert welche nach. Dann über mehrere Wochen nichts mehr gehört und keine Nachlieferung erhalten. Und jetzt bei der Nachfrage gesagt bekommen, dass die Abdeckungen nicht mehr Teil des Artikels sind (sprich keine Nachlieferung) und die Schrauben sind ja aus Edelstahl und rosten nicht. TROTZDEM sieht das einfach nur blöde aus mit von aussen sichtbaren Schrauben, wo gibt es schon sowas... Gute Händler zeigen sich halt leider erst beim Service...und als Erfahrung nehme ich hier mit: Nie wieder bei Eago was bestellen. 2 Sterne da ansonsten die Glaswand und die Halterung eine gute Qualität und Verarbeitung haben. Schade um den Service... I bought a darkened glass shower partition from Eago. Optically very nice from the glass. Unfortunately, 2 screw covers (they are also shown in the pictures of the article) were missing for the holder of the glass wall. In other words, you can see the screws from the outside: it just looks unclean and bad. Was first told by the service that they would deliver some later. Then nothing was heard for several weeks and no subsequent delivery was received. And now, when asked, I was told that the covers are no longer part of the item (i.e. no subsequent delivery) and the screws are made of stainless steel and do not rust. STILL, it just looks stupid with the screws visible from the outside, where else can you find something like that... Unfortunately, good dealers only show themselves when they are serviced... and as an experience I take with me: Never order anything from Eago again. 2 stars because otherwise the glass wall and the holder are of good quality and workmanship. Shame about the service...

e	eko iPhonefixed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello Sir, During the renovation works in 2019, we also had our bathroom completely renovated by Dakpunt BV from Nieuwpoort, the washbasin cabinet was also replaced, but the washbasin cabinet shows defects where the MDF wood swells and is not normal at all! This was already replaced on 10/10/2019 see docments, but again showed swelling on the MDF wood as you can see on the pictures. We cannot understand this washbasin is provided for a bathroom normal where we brush our teeth with water and not more than that. So we ask friendly to take those errors for the washbasin as a guarantee because it is less than 2 years old and there are such major defects in this washbasin on the MDF wood. Show the swelling only on the right side at the edge of the MDF washbasin. Thank you for your answer and hoping for a favorable outcoming solution, PS: attachment photos washbasin
