We were impressed with their service and in particular Outman who went above and beyond to help us solve any problems. We spent a lot of time in the office whilst searching for a home and we were greeted with a smile and offered something to drink every single time (make use of that offer for coffee, it's very good).

I had been desperately looking for a place for 3 months, and the agency understood my situation and took a very personal approach. Not only they helped me with getting a lovely studio, but also organised all the legal and payment issues as fast as possible so that I could move in almost immediately. For that I am incredibly grateful! And special thanks to Carlo and Jacqueline who literally came to my rescue, resolving all the problems, supporting and instructing me even outside their working hours!

The response was always timely, I got all the help I could ever need and although it has only been a week since I moved into this house, the staff at EasyMakelaars have been extremely helpful and kind in making sure my move was comfortable. Just as an example, when the lights in my house were out they reached out to the landlord who fixed it for me the very next day so I wouldn't be living in a dark house. The staff has also been extremely kind and helped me out with suggestions and answering any questions that I, as an expat, had. Overall, they are very helpful and I know my move to Leiden would not have been as smooth as it has been, if not for them.

We managed to find an apartment using this realtor in 2 days from USA, through video chats, emails and text through the help of our broker, Carlo. He was upfront, friendly, responsive and went out of his way to find an apartment for our daughter who will be coming to Leiden for her masters studies! Emails and calls with the office, Jacqueline the office manager, were also professional and timely. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy brokers = you’ll be easily broke. The only "easy" thing about this agency is how easy they find excuses to take your money away. If you do decide to rent a place with them, make sure you take pictures of the tiniest flaws and details of the place once you move in, because they'll make you pay big time for the smallest things, even if it was already there in the first place.

I asked Easy Brokers for help and they were the only brokers who considered my case. Carlo is so helpful and he did his best in order to find the best solution. Some days after our appointment I finally found the studio which suits me perfectly. I would definitely recommend them.
