★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bij de tweedehands ebike die ik kocht zat het display los. Ik kwam er al gauw achter de dat merk niet meer gemaakt was en de zaak die ze verkocht had geen onderdelen meer. Bij verder vragen gaven ze me het advies te informeren bij Easy Parts. Daar werd mijn mail al snel beantwoord en kreeg ik goed advies. Ze stuurden me het onderdeeltje dat ik nodig had toe zonder daar iets voor te rekenen. Dat is nou wat ze Service noemen!
 The second-hand ebike I bought had a loose display. I soon found out that that brand was no longer made and the shop that sold them had no more parts. For further questions they gave me the advice to inform Easy Parts. My mail was quickly answered there and I received good advice. They sent me the part I needed without charging anything for it. That's what they call Service!
