Ik had geen kassabon maar wist wel de aankoopdatum. Ze hebben dat opgezocht in de winkel. Ik kreeg 85 euro terug als tegoed (de helft van de totaalprijs van de twee paar schoenen). Met 45 euro bijbetalen had ik een compleet nieuw paar schoenen. Ik vind dat echt wel super service! I bought two pairs of shoes in January 2019. In November 2019, the sole of a pair of shoes was already torn (left & right). I did not have a receipt but did know the date of purchase. They looked it up in the store. I got 85 euros back as a credit (half the total price of the two pairs of shoes). With an additional 45 euros I had a completely new pair of shoes. I think that is really super service!

Cela fait 18 ans que j'achète des chaussures Ecco depuis que j'ai découvert cette marque dans ce magasin précis. Hors promo, ce sont des chaussures chères, mais très confortables et résistantes ! :-) Bought 2 pairs in August 2020 during the sales, great promotions and the seller was very friendly! I have been buying Ecco shoes for 18 years since I discovered this brand in this specific store. Excluding promo, these are expensive shoes, but very comfortable and resistant! :-)
