Dat was voor ons totaal geen probleem. Dat begrepen we. Echter wat ik niet begreep is toen wij na 10 minuten wachten eindelijk wel de winkel in mochten de kralen voor onze neus werden weggehaald. Samen met mijn vriendin waren wij Disney kralen aan het bekijken toen er twee anderen de winkel in kwamen. In plaats van dat zij net als wij moesten wachten werden zij direct door het personeel geholpen. Sterker nog het is een kleine winkel dus dit was vrijwel een van de weinig displays die ze hadden... Er werd gevraagd of wij nog aan het kijken waren naar dit display waarop wij duidelijk ja zeiden. Het personeel twijfelde lichtjes en trok toen alsnog het display onder ons vandaan. Wat voor service is dat nou? We hebben toen via een andere medewerker moeten vragen om specifieke kralen om ze alsnog te kunnen bekijken. Gelukkig kregen we van haar wel goede service, maar het bleef een domper. Het is dat ik in elke stad een leuke kraal uitzoek, anders had ik de kraal wel elders gehaald. Tip voor de winkel: Zorg gewoon voor zo'n extra Disney display. Die kan je ook gewoon in een dichte la bewaren en dan kan je deze klant onvriendelijkheid gewoon voorkomen... In fact it is a small shop so this was pretty much one of the few displays they had ... We were asked if we were still looking at this display where we clearly said yes. The staff hesitated slightly and then pulled the display out from under us. What kind of service is that? We then had to ask through another employee for specific beads to be able to view them. Fortunately, we received good service from her, but it remained a downer. It is that I choose a nice bead in every city, otherwise I would have taken the bead elsewhere. Tip for the store: Just provide such an extra Disney display. You can also keep it in a closed drawer and you can simply prevent this customer unfriendliness ...

I took some time to try out many different shapes and charms -they were very patient and sober with me. They speak good enough English
