Bought beautiful lace-up shoes for a nice price. After they were sent from another branch to Hoorn, I was able to pick them up.

Als je voor 14:00 bestelling plaatst, wordt het nog dezelfde dag verzonden.
Einde van de dag heb ik nog steeds geen track and trace code ontvangen. Naar aanleiding van dit, stuur ik een mail met waar mijn T&T code blijft. Krijg ik als antwoord dat de bestelde product uitverkocht is.
Wat ik jammer vindt is dat ik pas achter kom NADAT ik een mail heb gestuurd over T&T. Wat ook jammer is dat de website niet up to date is. de website geeft aan dat het model en de maat beschikbaar is wat in werkelijk niet klopt. je zit dus met gebakken peren.
Als de website up to date zou zijn, zou je al deze heisa niet hebben.

I have placed an order on 14:00 at Ecco-shop.
If you place an order before 14:00, it will be shipped the same day.
At the end of the day I still have not received a track and trace code. Following this, I send an email with where my T&T code stays. I get the answer that the ordered product is sold out.
What I regret is that I only find out AFTER I have sent an email about T&T. Another pity is that the website is not up to date. the website indicates that the model and size is available, which is really not correct. so you are baked with pears.
If the website were up to date, you would not have all this fuss.
Just saying.

Recently bought shoes for my oldest, super good service to have to wait for an employee. The employee was nice and playful with our daughter in order to find the right shoes.
