Just a nice shoe store where you can look around with great staff who are nearby to answer any questions.

β β β β β Sortiment ist super. GroΓe Auswahl an Herrenschuhen unterschiedlicher Marken. Personal bedingt freundlich, war aber im GroΓen und Ganzen ok.
Assortment is great. Large selection of men's shoes of different brands. Staff friendly, but on the whole ok.

β β β β β Ecco schoenen gekocht bij Ecco schagen. Bij thuiskomst zag ik schade op me nieuwe schoenen en bleek showmodel paar te zijn. Ze waren afgeprijsd van 130 naar 110. Ik gebeld en ze zeiden Nelson Hoorn is zelfde eigenaar dus kan daar geruild worden en anders besteld. Bij Nelson Hoorn aangekomen werd ik zeer agressief ontvangen en werd er geen enkele moeite gedaan om dit probleem op te lossen en kon geen glimlach van af. De schade was minimaal maar wou de schoenen graag houden. Zeer slechte service!
Ecco shoes purchased at Ecco schagen. Upon returning home I saw damage on my new shoes and turned out to be a show model pair. They were discounted from 130 to 110. I called and they said Nelson Hoorn is the same owner so can be exchanged there and ordered differently. When I arrived at Nelson Hoorn I was received very aggressively and no effort was made to solve this problem and I couldn't help smiling. The damage was minimal but wanted to keep the shoes. Very poor service!

β β β β β Skechers slippers maat 39 besteld. Heb van de rechter slipper maat 37 ontvangen ipv maat 39. Telefonisch contact is niet mogelijk ivm de corona drukte en heb nog geen reactie gekregen op mijn email, dus dan maar zo. Ik zou graag de juiste maat slipper (Rechts) willen ontvangen. Want hier heb ik niks aan.
Ordered Skechers slippers size 39. I received size 37 from the right slipper instead of size 39. Telephone contact is not possible due to the corona crowds and I have not yet received a response to my email, so that's it. I would like to receive the correct size slipper (Right). Because this is of no use to me.
