Die Öffnungszeiten wurden nicht eingehalten, das Personal ist nicht wirklich motiviert, jeder Gang ins Lager ist einer zuviel. Schade um das gute Produkt! The product convinces me, unfortunately the shop in Utrecht doesn't! The opening times were not adhered to, the staff is not really motivated, every trip to the warehouse is one too many. It's a shame about the good product!
M	Menno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “Mag ik de linker schoen?, wil graag even passen ivm inlegzooltjes?” Met pijn en moeite werden deze gehaald, leek wel alsof elke stap die ze moest zetten te veel was. Ik merkte op dat de linker schoen iets meer knelde, “ja het zijn ook twee totaal verschillende schoenen” werd er vanaf de toonbank geroepen... Het is dat ik weet waar ik op moet letten en dat ze goed in de aanbieding waren maar was bijna ondanks de scherpe prijs vertrokken. Cursus vriendelijkheid zou niet ontbreken hier. "Can I have the left shoe? Would you like to try on because of the insoles?" These were taken with pain and effort, as if every step she had to take was too much. I noticed that the left shoe pinched a little more, "yes, they are also two completely different shoes" was shouted from the counter ... It is that I know what to look for and that they were good on offer but had almost left despite the competitive price. Kindness course should not be missing here.
S	Sixty1 Five on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geen vriendelijk en bekwaam personeel.Met gezucht pakken ze schoenen voor je uit het magazijn. Not friendly and competent staff. With a sigh they take shoes for you from the warehouse.
K	Katootje Botervlootje on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super leuke bekwame verkoopster. Heel fijn geholpen om té leuke, passende laarsjes te kopen (heel knap met mijn niet doorsnee voeten). Geen moeite was te veel. Graag tot een volgende keer!! Very nice knowledgeable salesperson. Very nice help to buy too nice, fitting boots (very clever with my not average feet). No effort was too much. Looking forward to next time!!

Pity, I’ve had wonderful experiences at other Ecco stores. Do yourself a favour and go to the other store in Hoog Catherijne, where the staff are lovely and super helpful.
