β β β β β Was in around 17.50 today with my son. We made our choice and went to the changing room. There was only one and someone was in there. After waiting it seem that customer needed other sizes. Instead of coming out a relative went to choose other items while he stayed in there. I went to the JD employees to ask if we had alternatives but none was available. After 3 minutes the relative was still choosing and we went for help again but the employees were not helping. I was expecting them to go and ask that client to please step out so that others can use the change room but nope. In the end we put the items on the counter and left. This is lack of professionalism in customer service and inequality.
