Reparatur, Qualität, Beratung und Service Reparaturzeit einwandfrei ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen vor allem Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt. So I handed in my Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo there and got it back after a few days. Repair, quality, advice and service Flawless repair time I can only recommend it, especially the price-performance ratio is right.
P	Petra Kabbah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ eine einzige katastrophe diese firma. schutzklick arbeitet mit denen zusammen, warum auch immer. mein sony experia z3 war jetzt 2 monate bei denen zur reparatur. unzählige telefonate mit den unterschiedlichsten sich widersprechenden aussagen. jetzt ist es wieder da, aber hat schon gleich einen kleinen riss auf dem monitor gehabt der innerhalb von einem tag weiter gerissen ist und der monitor ist nicht zu benutzen. jetzt geh der spaß von vorne lös. ja und jetzt der hammer, obwohl das gerät schon beschädigt bei mir ankam lehnt ecocep eine nachbesserung ab und ich sei in der beweispflicht das ich den schaden (aufgespreizter rahmen und riss im monitor) nicht beim auspacken verursacht habe?!?!?!?! alles klar, diese firma isr unprofessionell von a bis z also wenn ihr die möglichkeit habt dann finger weg von dieser firma a single disaster this company. Schutzklick works with them, for whatever reason. my sony experia z3 was now 2 months with them for repair. countless phone calls with the most varied of contradicting statements. Now it is back, but it already had a small crack on the monitor that continued to crack within a day and the monitor cannot be used. now the fun starts all over again. yes and now the hammer, even though the device arrived damaged, ecocep refuses to repair it and i have to prove that i did not cause the damage (spread open frame and crack in the monitor) when unpacking?!?!?!?! all right, this company is unprofessional from a to z so if you have the opportunity then stay away from this company
T	Turan Diler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe mein Iphone 6 Plus mit einem Displaybruch zur Reparatur eingeschickt. Am 4. Tag habe ich mich telefonisch nach dem Status erkundigt. Man teilte mit, dass die Reparatur erfolgt ist und ich anhand der GLS Sendungskennung den Versand abfragen kann. Tatsächlich hatte ich zwei Tage später mein tadellos funktionierende Handy in der Hand. Have sent my Iphone 6 Plus with a broken display for repair. On the 4th day I inquired by phone about the status. It was announced that the repair has been made and I can query the shipping using the GLS shipment ID. In fact, two days later, I had my perfectly functioning cell phone in my hand.
D	Daniel Montana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musste mein Telefon hier reparieren lassen über meine Handyversicherung (Schutzklick). Die Reparatur hat geschlagene 4 Wochen in Anspruch genommen. Weit über meiner Erwartung von max. 2 Wochen. Ich kenne Versicherungen da geht das schneller. Zur Reparaturqualität: Getauscht wurde mein Display (iPhone 6s) nach dem es mir leider herunter gefallen ist. Ansich funktioniert alles, ich muss aber sagen dass der Übergang von Display zu Gehäuse deutlich spürbar ist. Das ist vorher nicht so gewesen. Auch habe ich das Gefühl, dass die Farben nicht mehr so kräftig sind. Ohne was unterstellen zu wollen, habe ich das Gefühl, dass das kein original Apple Display ist sondern ein Nachbau. Vielleicht täusch ich mich hier auch. Die Ränder sind dennoch deutlich spürbar und eigentlich auch ein no-go. Ich hab keine Lust mich mit der Versicherung weiter rumzuärgern, damit das Telefon wieder 4 Wochen weg ist und belasse es bei einem: Schutzklick nie wieder, diese Werkstatt auch nicht. Had to have my phone repaired here through my cell phone insurance (protection click). The repair took 4 weeks. Far above my expectation of max. 2 weeks. I know insurance companies because it works faster. Regarding the repair quality: My display (iPhone 6s) was exchanged after it fell down. In and of itself everything works, but I have to say that the transition from display to case is clearly noticeable. That was not the case before. I also have the feeling that the colors are no longer so strong. Without wanting to assume anything, I have the feeling that this is not an original Apple display but a replica. Maybe I'm wrong here too. The edges are still clearly noticeable and actually a no-go. I don't feel like bothering with the insurance company so that the phone will be gone for 4 weeks and leave it to one thing: never again protective click, neither does this workshop.
H	Henning Peters on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr entäuscht!!! Ich habe mein iPhone über Schutzklick versichert. Nach einem Bildschirmtausch funktionierte der Annäherungssensor nicht mehr. Zudem habe ich einen kleinen Pixelfehler oben links in der Ecke des Bildschirms. Nach einer Reklamation wurde das Problem zwar gelöst (der Annäherungssensor funktioinert wieder) aber es wurde geschrieben, dass dieser Fehler nur auf Kulanz repariert wurde. Dabei hatte ich das Problem mit dem Senor nicht mal 24 Stunden nache dem überprüfung der Bildschirmreperatur gemeldet. Als ob es sich hierbei wirklich um einen "Garantiedefekt" handelt. Es sind einfach Leute am werk, die sich mit technik nicht gut genug auskennen. Bei einem Telefonat kam mir die Kotaktperson sehr unseriös rüber. Ich kann dieses Unternehmen auf keinen Fall empfehlen. Niemals hier irgendas abgeben. Immerhin klappt am ende alles so einigermaßen. Desegen 2 Sterne. Aber zufrieden bin ich trozdem nicht wirklich Very disappointed !!! I have insured my iPhone with click protection. After changing the screen, the proximity sensor stopped working. I also have a small pixel error in the top left corner of the screen. After a complaint, the problem was solved (the proximity sensor is working again) but it was written that this error was only repaired on goodwill. I didn't even report the problem with the sensor 24 hours after checking the screen repair. As if this is really a "warranty defect". There are simply people at work who are not familiar enough with technology. During a phone call, the contact person came across as very dubious. There is no way I can recommend this company. Never leave anything here. After all, in the end everything works out to some extent. Desegen 2 stars. But I'm still not really satisfied
