Waren heute dort, was soll ich nur sagen. Die Bedienung-ein Herr-war sehr unfreundlich. Ich bestellte ein belegtes Brötchen mit Salami, Käse und Ei. Gemäß dem Aufsteller sollte dieses Brötchen 2,10 EUR kosten. Als ich dieses bestellte hieß es als aller erstes " Das Ei kostet extra.". Ich wieß ihn drauf hin, dass es auf dem Aufsteller anders ausgepriesen sei. Seine Aussage: "Das berechnen wir immer extra." Gut ich wollte das Ei auf dem Brötchen haben, also gut. Dann wieß ich den Mitarbeiter der Filiale darauf hin, dass er doch bitte es entsprechend weitergeben sollte, dass das Ei nicht mehr mit auf dem Aufsteller steht, da es die Kunden irritieren könnte. Im Zuge dessen ließ er das unkommentiert stehen und drehte sich um. Ich ließ mir ein Beleg aushändigen, darauf wurde dann das Brötchen ohne Ei allein mit 2,55 EUR abgerechnet. Das Ei wurde dann nochmal mit 0,65 EUR berechnet. Ich finde das vorgenannte geht gar nicht! Da ist keine Transparenz für den Kunden. Und so groß ist das Sortiment nun wirklich nicht, dass man in den Filialen auf evtl. Preisänderungen reagieren kann. Generell war man hier auch anderen Kunden gegenüber nicht freundlich.

Well, I wanted the egg on the bun, so well. Then I told the branch employee that he should please pass it on accordingly, that the egg is no longer on the display, as it could irritate the customers. In the course of this he left it uncommented and turned around. I had a receipt handed to me, on which the bun without the egg alone was charged at 2.55 EUR. The egg was then charged again at EUR 0.65. I think the above does not work at all! There is no transparency for the customer. And the range is really not that big that you can react to any price changes in the branches. In general, they weren't friendly towards other customers either.

Heute dachte ich mir, hüpf mal schnell rein und hol Dir einfach zum Frühstück ein ganz normales Brötchen auf die Hand. Was soll ich sagen, nie wieder werde ich bei Hemke Brötchen kaufen. Eigentlich erwarte ich, Montagmorgens um 9, das ich ein frisches Brötchen bekomme... Dies war aber nicht so, es schmeckte alt... gummiartig. Knackig -> Fehlanzeige Frisch -> Fehlanzeige Da hätte ich mir eher noch ein Brötchen aus der SB-Station im Supermarkt holen können. Mich sieht man definitiv in keiner "Hemke-Filiale" mehr!!!

Today I thought to myself, jump in and just grab a normal bread roll for breakfast. What can I say, I'll never buy bread rolls from Hemke again. Actually, I expect to get a fresh roll on Monday morning at 9am ... But it wasn't like that, it tasted old ... rubbery. Crisp -> nil Fresh -> nil I could have got myself a bread roll from the self-service station in the supermarket. You definitely won't see me in any "Hemke branch" anymore !!!
