Such a long wait so that somebody can answer the fone & if somebody answers the team customer service is so professional & RUDE. Will never ever buy from them. I hope someone who is investing money on this company & people can read the reviews this company is getting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lost my max mara glasses and ordered new ones the next day from Edel. I can confirm with 1000% certainty they were fake. I had exactly the same sunglasses bought in store and they feel completely diferent. Heavier material, better screwed, sitting completely differently. I was shocked of the difference. Returned them back... promised refund in 30 days!! This is crazy. Never ordering again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional for a online sales company. My package contained the wrong model sunglasses in the correct box. The return label was arranged immediately upon calling, this was great (adding a star). Hopefully I will see my money back. All in all, this was a waste of time, especially considering that properly checking a shipment should take only a few seconds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered Oakley glasses here at almost half the price. Was a bit worried after I read the reviews, after ordering, but delivery was perfect the next day. The only thing I could recommend this shop is to send a confirmation email after the order has been received.

ordered sunglasses on Wednesday and delivery mentioned it would arrive on Thursday or Friday. Needed them before holidays hence call thursday to follow up as didn’t receive notification of shipment. The person told me he would send a new one in express to make sure i get them on time. Till then, all seems fine and a great service BUT, as no news of shipment at 3pm on Friday, I call to get some explanations and they tell me it will be on Monday and nothing can be done. The woman on the phone was very nervous and panicky and simply hung up on me... can’t believe it how unprofessional she was and how bad they manage such situations... find it incredible that such person work in client relations...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a sunglasses for my girlfriend's birthday on Saturday. After the order I haven't received any confirmation email or anything, only the amount was took off from my bank account . After I checked on the Google and Facebook and I saw many bad reviews about Edel-optics and I got worried a bit..
However the following day I got an email about my order and next week Wednesday I received the delivery, same sunglasses what I ordered in perfect brand new conditions.
