★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the first time I visited an opticien together with my fiancee. Both 46, not very much capable of reading books or instructions on packages without stretching arms. Made an appointment for the both of us. The store is neat and clean, covid proof. I explained situation about my eyes regarding medicine, sleep depravity or just eye condition to younger shop employee, he was very helpful. Then the real eye measurement with opticien, who seemed agitated kept clicking very fast between screens. When buying frame he didn't push for higher provision but kept agitated, throwing his pen on the desk, slamming shut the coffee machine, too directive to younger employee for no reason in front of me. Maybe just a bad hair day but he could take an example how to be a good retailer from his younger employee...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great proffesional service, they help you to find good pair of glasses. They offer also eye check with an optician. I got comfortable new contact lenses as well. The only thing, if they offer to make you coffee, you will never get the coffe after all haha, they say " oh I forgot to make it".
