β β β β β One of the strangest experiences I've ever had - food or otherwise. Saturday night, and it's dead in the place. My friend and I ordered a falafel wrap, expecting, well, some falafel in a flatbread. What we received - after a long wait in which the guy deep-fried a number of things - was something else. A large Mexican tortilla wrap with questionable falafel, processed cheese, salad bits and...err...French fries. All collapsing under its own weight.
Gets one star for the sheer weirdness, another for the couple of locals who came in after us, who left us with some hope of not waking up with food poisoning in the morning.
What. Is. Happening. To. Me?

β β β β β Had a great Iskender here, a dish you don't find so often in Turkish restaurants in this country. Made fresh when you order, so it takes a moment to be ready but it's well worth it. A royal portion too, couldn't even finish it. The place is right across from Hotel Pullman. Don't get deterred by the construction site in front of the door. (December 2018)

β β β β β When we first saw it, we did not expect much but thought to try it anyway due to good reviews. It looks like it is a hidden gem, with a predominance of local clientele. An ideal place if you are having a mare finding a tasty, filling and reasonably priced food in Eindhoven. Vegan options are not many, just a falafel which was excellent. However, I brought an avocado which he was kind enough to mash and add to the plate for me! :) The 'turkish pizza' , a tasty bread roll with salad and kebab, and potatoes on the side, was delicious. It contained a massive amount of meat. The food is made by the owner from scratch, even the breads, from what he told us. The potatoes didnt look refrigerated and were fried nicely. The uninspiring appearance of the restaurant, unpretentious and befitting of a kebab place, was more than compensated! Also, the owner was very friendly and tried to explain the foods to us even though he did not speak english. I am quite picky with food, especially eating in new places, but was left pleasantly surprised. It might be a bit tough if you do not have a friend that knows their way around kebabs! The only reasons it does not receive 5 stars is because service was quite slow, and the food was tough for my delicate stomach to handle. I assume that for someone more experienced in street food it wont be an issue. Wholly recommended after a long and exhausting search for a normal eating place

β β β β β The food was okay, the fries were a bit soft and my kapsalon wasn't a real kapsalon, but apart from that this isn't a very cozy place. The walls are empty and there is no music or decorations what so ever. But the worst thing was that we were practically his only customers and he took 45 minutes to prepare two simple meals for us. I then also discovered that my cutlery wasn't cleaned very carefully.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place and I would certainly not go back.

β β β β β The owner is very kind, and he makes a great kebab! The bread is so fresh, when I was too full to finish the kebab, i at least finished the bread. The fries are also nice, we got them loaded and I was a huge fan of the garlic sauce. Fast, fresh, and friendly, would recommend

β β β β β Visited around lunch time and Remzi was busy mopping the floor so I had to wait around a bit but when I got in Remzi gave me a large kapsalon for the price of a small! The actual place is tiny but it is fast food.

β β β β β A very cozy place to eat - unpretentious and with good lighting. The service was slow, but that was because everything is cooked per order (And the owner was the only one doing the cooking and the serving). The bread is freshly baked (still steaming) and the servings are BIG..!
I will surely come back here.. (but not at night.. because I shouldn't eat much at night)
