★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered for dedicated time in advance, but recieved the package 45 min later. They brought the package which is already teared and leakege. Did not accept it due to hygen reasons especially these covid days and returned the package by delivery boy. Later called the restaurant to ask money back. They are not friendly at all, and did not accept to pay money back. Called thuisbezorg to complain and ask money back, and thuisbezorg called restaurant. They told to thuisbezorg that they are “only” 30 min late(not acceptaple at all) and package was good. They are big lier, and like a scam stealing money. Dont waste your money on scam and terrible restaurant like this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a Lahmacun with beef and a rice and milk dessert. The lahmacun was perfectly cooked and was very tasty. However the rice in the dessert was a bit undercooked. I paid 11,50€ for the meal and ate in. The Interiors are well designed and the shop is conveniently located.

I have been eating at Ottomans for 2 3 years now. I would mainly eat Kapsalon. If you are looking fkr healthier and tastier food this is the place.
The staff is very friendly and nice. Must go to place.

Only problem is that because they are so popular its always very crowded and waiting times are long during dinner hours.
I would recommended if you want good Turkish food, they have a restaurant section so you can also eat your food there.
