Doe geen zaken met Winris of Efficy, bij klachten wordt je niet meer gebeld, het probleem wordt niet voor je opgelost. Kortom, zolang je abonnement rustig door loopt en de automatische incasso het geld van je rekening haalt ben je een goede klant van Efficy. Indien je van ze af wil, is dit een groot probleem. Kortom mails, telefoon en post verkeer wordt niet beantwoord. Je bent dus overgeleverd aan een stel respectloze werknemers van deze organisatie.
