★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben de Luvion grand elite 3 Connect gekocht. De software van de app is gemaakt voor Egerium B.V.
De app lijkt niet compatibel met de devices en software van deze tijd. De app sluit continu af en er zitten veel onnodige buggs in. Bij contact met Luvion krijg je vooral een standaard mail met instructies. Luvion stuurt er hierin op aan dat de problemen vooral bij je eigen spullen liggen. Ik hoop dat een gerenommeerd bedrijf als Luvion ook zichzelf achter de oren gaat krabben en onderzoek gaat doen naar het functioneren van hun eigen app. Een product dat meer dan €200 kost, mag gewoonweg niet zo werken.

The app does not seem compatible with today's devices and software. The app shuts down continuously and there are a lot of unnecessary buggs in it. When you contact Luvion, you will mainly receive a standard e-mail with instructions. Luvion points out that the problems mainly lie with your own belongings. I hope that a renowned company like Luvion will also scratch their heads and investigate the functioning of their own app. A product that costs more than $200 simply shouldn't work like that.
