Medewerker ja het is al een tijd geleden maar het gaat over de energie. Vandaag heb ik aangegeven dat het niet klopt omdat mijn ouders erover gaan. En elke keer vragen ze het nummer van mijn ouders. Vandaag heeft ene Lotte gebeld en zei dat tegen haar en zij hing op in mijn oor. Trap hier niet in!!! They keep calling me! With a story hello I am that and that, we have talked to each other recently. I say I don't know anymore. Employee yes it's been a while but it's about energy. Today I indicated that it is not right because my parents are talking about it. And every time they ask for my parents' number. Today a Lotte called and said that to her and she hung up in my ear. Don't fall for this !!!

A	ARQ Gaming on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer agressieve "verkoop". Ik ben nu al tig keer gebeld en zojuist spande de kroon: "het energiecontract voor ons adres was in orde gemaakt blablabla". Nou wij stappen écht niet over en hebben daar ook niet over rondgekeken. Dus rot op, ook al waren jullie de laatste energieleverancier, dan nog zullen wij geen klant van jullie zijn!! Na andere reviews gelezen te hebben, en de reactie daarop: ze zeggen echt aan de telefoon dat ze van energiegarant zijn. "Particulier garant" wordt niet genoemd Very aggressive "sale". I have been called many times now and the crown has just come out: "the energy contract for our address was made right blablabla". Well we really do not switch and have not looked around. So go for it, even though you were the last energy supplier, we will still not be your customer !! After reading other reviews, and the reaction to that: they really say on the phone that they are energy guaranteed. "Private guarantor" is not mentioned
F	Freckled Fren on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Energiegarant lijkt het dupe te zijn van fraudepraktijken. Zojuist een meneer die anoniem belt met een ontzettend rumoerige achtergrond van bellende mensen. De informatie klopt niet welke hij geeft en is opdringerig. Zoals ik lees uit eerdere reacties van dit bedrijf wordt er geen acquisitie gepleegd door koud te bellen. Een - ster voor het bedrijf welke gebeld heeft uit naam van energiegarant. Hopelijk kunnen jullie iets beginnen tegen deze fraudeurs. Energy guarantee seems to be the victim of fraud practices. Just a gentleman calling anonymously with a very noisy background of people calling. The information he gives is incorrect and is intrusive. As I read from previous comments from this company, no acquisition is committed by cold calling. One - star for the company that called in the name of energy guarantee. Hopefully you can do something against these fraudsters.

Ik vroeg haar om direct bel-me-niet register bandje maar toch aanhouden. Toen ging ze liegen, dat ze belde namens mijn eigen energieleverancier allen toen ik haar vroeg wie dat is toen noemde ze de verkeerde..... Vervolgend drong ik nogmaals aan om bandje om bel-me-niet en zei ze gewoon dat ze zo geen gesprek kon voeren en hing op! SCHANDE en wat zegt dat over ENERGIEGARANT als je klant bent of wordt? Niet veel goeds dus als dit de norm is! Very Cheeky! ,, and Aggressive! Called by young lady who was laughing hard with colleague from call center. I asked her to immediately call-me-not register tape but keep it anyway. Then she went to lie, that she called on behalf of my own energy supplier all when I asked her who that is then she called the wrong one ..... Then I insisted again that the tape don't call me and she just said she couldn't have a conversation like that and hung up! SHAME and what does that say about ENERGY GUARANTEE if you are or become a customer? Not much good if this is the norm!

The moment you point them to the new law, the connection is broken

Zojuist een klacht bij de ACM over dat callcenter ingediend die je probeert te paaien met een teruggave van 568 euro. Dit bedrijf staat er helemaal los van, en hoop voor de eigenaar van deze organisatie dat de ACM gaat optreden tegen het malafide callcenter dat de naam misbruikt. This company has nothing to do with a call center that calls itself that. Just submitted a complaint to ACM about that call center that is trying to placate you with a refund of 568 euros. This company is completely separate from it, and the owner of this organization hopes that ACM will take action against the rogue call center that misuses the name.

Meteen ophangen bij wijzen op de nieuwe wet nadat ze je eerst doen geloven dat er iets voor je klaarstaat aan contract dat je zelf met hun hebt samengesteld. Heel vervelend voor jullie dat jullie de dupe zijn van dit soort callcenters. Heb melding gemaakt bij consuwijzer. Dank voor de tip en succes! I too had the same experience as those posting below. Hang up immediately when pointing out the new law after they first make you believe that there is something waiting for you about a contract that you have put together with them yourself.
