They don't tell you how many people are waiting either, so you can't choose to hang up when lots of people are calling at that time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You will be put on hold for hours, but they will never answer the phones. You can't purchsee the ticket online, but you can only transfer the fees to their bank bank account, and hope they will send you the ticket one day. The worst experience ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst company ever, I booked a go and back travel from Egypt to the Netherlands, at the begining they took the money and did not send me the tickets. I had to send many emails and after 2 days they sent the tickets. then after 3 months, my return back travel was supposed to be tommotrow 17th of November 2021, they cancelled the flight and even did not send any email to inform me. I knew by accident when I was trying to make online chick in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVER BOOK FROM THIS AIRLINES, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Staff in Amsterdam the manager is very rude wont listen to you and make you forcibly deny boarding because of unwritten rules Never traveling from this airlines again, i don't recommend this airlines.
