β β β β β Nice setting in this furniture shop. Good to shop by style. I was not so impressed by the paid design advice. Expected at least a coloured/3d sketch and some more creativity. But absolutely super kind and helpful employees.

β β β β β very lovely store with a big choice of varied priced furniture. The only problem is their long delivery time. We waited for 5 months to receive a standard coffee table. The armchair they also delivered within 4 months and it had a sign on it in the show room: quick delivery. I think this ruins the excitement of buying new furniture. Unacceptable.

β β β β β Nice store, lots of different brands and set-ups. Every time you go there, there are some new items that catch your attention. Complimentary water, small restaurant, helpful staff.

β β β β β We ordered some chairs in April (paid over 1000 euros). They arrived after few weeks but they were heavily defected (some taller than some others). We called the customer service and they first proposed to do some cheap reparation, like attaching some fake thing in the back to make higher. Well of course that was not acceptable, and then they agreed to send a technical person to our house. The guy agrees with us that the chairs should be replaced, since there is really a build-in defect. After few months, we finally received the call from them to take an appointment to bring the new chairs home. Two very nasty guys come to our house and instead of replacing the chairs, they tried some random operation that made our chairs even worse!!! After calling the customer service, they of course said how could this happen and not having idea of how come our new chairs were not delivered and they pretend to be very sorry, and that they would arrange a new shipment within a few days. Ever since, we did not hear from them and could not get in contact anymore. Final of the story: we still have some defective chairs that we paid a lot of money and we took multiple days off to wait for them at home without any solution. BIG SCAM COMPANY

β β β β β Terrible company in terms of customer service. They delivered the wrong couch, never contacted us back to apologize or to plan a new delivery date. We are constantly chasing Eijerkamp for a solution and nothing is being done by them. A huge disappointment!
