★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top uitje voor jong en oud! Wij zijn met de electrische auto over de hondsrug geweest. Gids had leuke verhalen en informatie over het gebied. Ook veel dieren tegen gekomen. Is natuurlijk maar net hoe de dag loopt of je die tegenkomt. Maar zeer leuke ervaring!
 Top outing for young and old! We have been over the Hondsrug with the electric car. Guide had nice stories and information about the area. Also encountered many animals. Of course it just depends on how the day goes whether you encounter it. But very nice experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na lange tijd weer terug bij Eko Tours. Het assortiment electrische voertuigen is enorm uitgebreid van Eko-explorer (soort 'golfkarretjes'), naar Eko-choppers, Eko duo choppers, Eko-bikes en Eko-cruiser.
Dit keer met de Eko-carver op stap gegaan. Wat een bijzondere ervaring! En met wat minder warm weer goed te doen. ('s zomers worden zijruiten eruit gehaald en tocht het lekker door). Je zit volledig droog achter het stuur en alles wat je doet is gasgeven en remmen. En natuurlijk sturen en genieten van de route die door het mooie drentse land uitgezet is en op je mobiel getoond wordt. Aanrader!
After a long time back at Eko Tours. The range of electric vehicles has expanded enormously from Eko explorer (sort of 'golf carts'), to Eko choppers, Eko duo choppers, Eko bikes and Eko cruiser.
This time we went out with the Eko-carver. What a special experience! And doable with less warm weather. (In summer, side windows are removed and it is nice to travel through). You are completely dry behind the wheel and all you do is accelerate and brake. And of course steer and enjoy the route that has been plotted through the beautiful Drenthe country and shown on your mobile. Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly entertaining tour starting from base station the Fletcher hotel in Exloo, where also a decent lunch can be served. A lot of the fun sits in driving the electrical terrain vehicles, which are sturdy, safe and have excellent performance. And also the various explanations by guide Ruud along the way are worthwhile. A coffee stop is included. Overall good value for the not insignificant tour fee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and interesting guide (Maarten), tour took 4.5 hours instead of 3, but didn't feel too long and was lots of fun! Nice benefit of some great photos by the guide for no extra charge. The drive itself, with a small group (5-6 Jeeps) was slow enough to be easy for the whole family including kids and grandparents, and fast enough to be lots of fun!
