1850e pour des robes sales. Sans aucune excuses de leur part. Nous avions reçu la robe de mariée la veille d’un mariage. Et nous N’en avons pas dormi de la nuit! Nous avons du en catastrophe aller en louer par des professionnels! Et la ziana était pas propre sur Elle non plus, avec un peigne dans les cheveux et cheveux non coiffées.
Je vous déconseille !!! ???

1850th for dirty dresses. Without any apologies from them. We had received the wedding dress the day before a wedding. And we haven't slept all night! We had to go renting it by professionals! And the ziana was not clean on Elle either, with a comb in her hair and uncoated hair.
I do not recommend !!! ???

Super sweet ladies, they were very sweet to my child who wasn't very well. Great though. !! And dresses are beautiful. Everyone knows that they are washed when rented. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ze zijn niet werkgericht. Ze horen 11 uur te openen maar ze waren pas half 1 bij de winkel aanwezig. De klanten moesten uur lang wachten voor de deur. Ze zijn totaal niet klantvriendelijk.
They are not work-oriented. They are supposed to open 11 am, but they were only half past one at the store. The customers had to wait for hours at the door. They are not customer friendly at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weet je waarom jurken heel hard gaan bij El Magnifique? En hoe het komt dat de jurk die jij paste de volgende dag ineens plotsklaps verhuurd is aan een ander? Dat komt omdat zij doelbewust die jurk aansmeren aan de klanten die na jou komen zodra je de deur uitloopt. En daarom klopt het ook wat er wordt gezegd over El Magnifique dat je de gepaste jurk gelijk moet vastleggen, anders is het weg! En dan om nog niet te spreken over hun arrogantie, echt dames: Mag-ni-fique!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bereikbaarheid is waardeloos, arrogant om te antwoorden op de berichten die ik stuur. Geen samenwerking mee aangaan! Afgesproken om en goudkleurige bruidsbank te leveren op de verloving van mijn dochter. Niets bezorgd. Iedereen aan het bellen, mijn dochter, haar verloofde, tantes, ik....helaas nemen zij de telefoon niet Op. Het werd steeds later. Yasmina, de visagiste van mijn dochter ook van magnifiek (hele lieve meid die heel goed is in haar werk) heeft hen op een ander nummer kunnen bereiken. Ipv te zeggen dat ze het zijn vergeten geven ze aan dat ze "dachten" dat hij bi mij thuis afgeleverd moest worden. Uren later kwam de bank aan, geen goudkleurige maar zilverkleurige bank. Conclusie: massaproductie, geen persoonlijke aandacht, afspraken worden vergeten. Ze hebben mooie jurken maar daar is echt alles mee gezegd! Bagger.

In addition to that, the extensions were not suitable with my hair. The wedding day should be relaxed for the bride, but that was not possible. It’s your job to think of such things. To that in the hall, my negafa didn’t accompany me, for example to help mit with the dresses and to fix my dresses and the veil. Once my veil fell off and she was not there. Her bad work and unprofessionalism had an impact on my well-being and on the pictures made by the photographer. My family had to do it for the negafa, well done ??. We paid you to support us at the whole wedding. Moreover I was not styled properly, for example, I was not put on make-up in between. It’s the Negafas job to refresh my makeup for the pictures, but she didn‘t really care about me. I couldn’t enjoy it at all... You may have beautiful clothes, but the service was an absolute disaster.
A lot more is expected for the price.
