Twee ringen laten maken ten tijde van Corona. Super service, veel ook kunnen beeldbellen, veel tijd genomen voor de klant om een beslissing te kunnen nemen. Erg veel vakkennis en een hele toffe collectie! Oja, en een super lieve hond :)

Na 16 jaar samen besloten om onze liefde te bezegelen met een ring. We kwamen uit bij Liesbeth en hoe bijzonder was dat. Twee hele mooie ringen gevonden die precies bij ons paste. We zijn met liefde en passie geholpen door Liesbeth. Mede dankzij haar werd het een bijzondere middag. Heel blij met onze ringen. Jacco & Sandra

Wat een fijn mens! Duidelijk een vakvrouw met passie voor al haar creatieve talenten, heel fijn dat ze mij van advies kon voorzien en de processen kon uitleggen die nodig zijn om een eigen sieraad te laten maken. Zoveel geduld en mensenkennis, heel knap hoe ze naar mijn wensen luisterde en kon inschatten wat de beste oplossingen en opties konden zijn.

After visiting many Engagement Ring stores in the whole country (The Netherlands), this was the wort store I found. I am writing this report to avoid people losing their time and have a bad experience. This "artist" thinks only about herself and is not going to make any effort to put in the customer side. Her expertise is in making engagement ring which are really nice, but she has no experience at all in terms of gemstones and she will not make any effort at all to provide you with a reasonable collection of gemstones. She has a few boxes of stones, and you have to pick up what she show to you. She will tell you she can contact her providers, but she will get the gemstones she wants, she does not listen to you and your wishes. In my case, I like her rings so I asked her to find emeralds from different sizes, prices, qualities, so I could decide which one I like. Since every time I had to travel to her store I spent 1 hour and a half I asked her to send me pictures. She refused saying she had not time for this and arguing that anyway the pictures nevers match with the real aspect of the gemstone. After few weeks she told me she had a few stones but they had a price in the order of 1000 to thousands each. I asked her if it was possible to look for more emeralds to have more variety to chose. She told me that she was an artist and that she only sells quality (which I do not get it why she thinks quality is the same as money). Looks like she only thinks in euros. I told her it was not a problem of money, but I want to see more variety in prices and quality of emeralds. I visit many other good referenced stores in the netherlands and they show me nice emeralds of different qualities and prices. She refused cancelling all our meetings. On top of that, she sells superexpensive stones but she says of herself that she is not a geologist and that she only have basic knowledge about stones. In any case she did not offer me certificates of authenticity of the stones she had. I had to asked her and when I did it, she told me that if I want a certificate I needed to pay 90 euros each stone. Additonaly, she only offers also the option to replace the gemstone in case of falling out in the first three months and only if she considers that was because a bad design or mounting. The other stores always offered me at least 1 year without any restrictions or considerations. After her rude emails and prepotency, I offer her the possibility to apology and continue looking for the perfect ring but she refused and ended up our conversations. I thought only animals follow their instincts like this, aparantly humans also does. Nothing better than recognize your mistakes, I hope you read this email dear Liesbeth and learn something about it. About how to treat people. About how to be truly honest with you and the others. If you are the kind of people that do not mind to buy what sellers tell you to buy, then you can go to this store, but if you like to find the perfect ring (which requires research, make questions, ask for what you want), then is better if you start to walk in the opposite direction. Cuting long story short, up to you, but if I were you I did not spend time going to this store. There are other much nicer and experience in The Netherlands. She quickly ended up the comunication with me and she did not have time to send me pictures but it seems she had time enough to write a long and supernice response so the future customers can think of her she is a lovely ringmaker! She also makes a point of ensuring she works in a sustainable and equitable way, in terms of the materials she uses and how she recycles materials.
