My name is M kadri hussein from Harlingen, and I have bought a washing a month and a half ago(Samsung Ecobubble) and on the first run it turned out to be broken. i have contacted your company in any given means to get my washing machine repaired on the fake warranty you provide to your customers.
you have no responsbility for your products and customers and management. as you have no management and no manager to discuss this issue with. and all you do is escape from your responsbilties.
you have no integrity as once a customer pays, your words, policy, warranty, etc are just nothing and lies.
i dont recommend anyone to buy from this company because if your product has a problem, its better to throw in the trash and their guarantee is nothing

Talking with them will not pay off. Once they get the money, they refuse to talk anymore.
Never buy from them, that will be my advice. I am opening a law case against them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a horrible buying experience with this outlet. I recommend not to buy any product from them as they don't respect customer rights.
After buying from them an expensive fridge, they delivered it with obvious damage and when I reported the product, they refused to take it back (check the picture) .
Please save your money and buy from an outlet that works professionally.

I expressed my concern about the poor reviews that I found on this site, it was explained to me that these apply primarily to second hand goods. I can confirm that the new equipment I bought is in excellent shape, new from the box, and that I am please with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend and I bought a dishwasher from this place. Before purchasing, I was made to believe the old one would be picked up and the new one would be installed by the company. The delivery was delayed by almost a month with different excuses every time. Finally, it was delivered and the two young boys had no idea how to install it. After a series of nasty and unprofessional phone calls, it seemed as though we would have to take legal action. The manager, Ruben, and his employees constantly lied and promised to call back, which they didn't. What a nightmare! Luckily, Ruben decided to honor the 14 day return policy. Only we had to return the dishwasher and drive to the company in order to get our full refund. DO NOT CONDUCT ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

They delivered and installed my machine in 3 working days, and the price was the best I could find in the market. Most importantly, all the staff, including the support and the delivery guy, spoke English fluently, which helped me a lot since I'm a newly arrived expat who is learning Dutch.
