★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terwijl de winkels gesloten zijn tijdens corona, krijg je hier nog steeds het beste advies, beste prijs en uitstekende service.
Dinsdag een wasmachine met behulp van de eigenaar, telefonisch, uitgezocht en donderdag keurig op tijd geleverd. Super vriendelijke bezorgers die snel en accuraat werken! Helaas kan ik maar 5 sterren geven en geen 10. Bedankt voor de geweldige service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afgelopen zondag een LG oled televisie gekocht, via bol.com bij electroplace. De televisie kwam keurig op dinsdag aan ondanks de drukte. Alleen na het uitpakken en neerzetten van de televisie, kwamen wij erachter dat de televisie het niet deed. meerdere pogingen gedaan om de televisie toch werkende te krijgen maar tevergeefs. dezelfde avond nog een mail gestuurd via bol.com naar electroplace met het verhaal van de defecte televisie. Wij kregen dezelfde avond mail terug, dat wij ons nergens druk over hoeft te maken dat we de volgende dag alles geregeld werd.en dat klopte ook afgelopen donderdag is er een nieuwe televisie gebracht en de defecte televisie meegenomen!daarom geven wij electroplace uit Rotterdam een dikke 10 voor de service hartstikke bedankt
Last Sunday bought an LG oled television, via bol.com at electroplace. The television arrived nicely on Tuesday despite the crowds. Only after unpacking and putting down the television did we find out that the television was not working. several attempts to get the television to work but to no avail. the same evening sent an email via bol.com to electroplace with the story of the faulty television. We received an e-mail back the same evening that we do not have to worry about everything being arranged the next day. And that was also correct last Thursday, a new television was brought and the defective television was taken along! That is why we are giving electroplace from Rotterdam a big 10 for the service thank you very much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer tevreden over de dienstverlening van Electroplace. Ze hebben veel kennis van zaken, leveren Nederlandse modellen en hadden voor mijn Philips de scherpste prijs. Daarnaast zijn ze officieel dealer van de bekende merken. Ik ben extreem blij met hoe alles verlopen is!
Daarnaast, besteld en binnen 5 minuten al een track&trace waarbij PostNL al aangaf dat ze hem al binnen hadden. Dat is echt perfect!
Ik zie de review van meneer Maas en denk alleen: ja, dit is echt een postkoeriersbedrijf-fout en niet die van Electroplace. Het lijkt mij meer dat zo'n review past bij PostNL of DHL, maar niet bij Electroplace die daar weinig schuld aan kan hebben.

I see Mr. Maas's review and just think: yes, this is really a mail courier company error and not Electroplace's. It seems to me that such a review suits TNT or DHL, but not at Electro Place that may have little to blame for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service. Marco made me aware of some implications for my future cashback claim and then promptly solved them without me even asking it. Very solid pricepoint, order came in earlier than expected (by a day) and works perfectly. No experience with recalls or any such aftersales issues, but there's not a doubt in my mind that will be great as well if the sale itself is an indicator. All in all great place to buy your electronics!
