When you order to pick up, a massage appears that you can only pick up within the chosen 30 minute times slot, all in green color, making it look like a confirmation, while the order isn't actually placed yet, with the button to continue ordering hidden all the way in the bottom of a page full of green check marks. Together with the being no confirmation for registering an account it creates a lot of confusion and waste of time
Update: same day delivery when ordered before 13:00 is a scam! A courier just came and left a note that they will tweet again the next day. The doorbell didn't ring (doubler checked that it works), no phone calls or emails or SMS about when I should expect them or that someone is there. And that's for a USB stick which should just fit into the mail slot together with the packaging. On the website there is no option to cancel the order, the tracking link gives an error. Makes you think they just pretend it's the customer's fault when they actually can't even provide this service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was terrible. Wanted to buy an electric scooter, the worker didn't know anything about the product and just didnt seem interested in helping at all. And only after we said we will buy it he told us that they dont have it in stock??? Didnt even offer to order it or check which store has it or anything. I never seen such bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some youth's work over there an when you need them when its bussy they just walk away in front of you whithout giving you the service a customer need i litteraly wait for 30minutes.i walk to the boy he saw me comming he turn on an walk away.i just remove my self that building then you not whort my money.this was Mediamarkt ,beierlandselaan.(NOT EVERY EMPLOYEE IS LIKE THIS ONE.)THERE ARE NICE ONES TO.
