Wir hätten besser direkt bei Harperscheid die PV Anlage gekauft . Die Monteure haben sauber gearbeitet, damit meine ich auch die Baustelle an sich sauber verlassen ???. Danke für die tolle Arbeit. Die ursprünglich gute Arbeit und Beratung bei der Installation einer PV-Anlage in 2009 wurde leider in 2020 beim Austausch eines defekten Wechselrichters nicht fortgesetzt. Hauptgrund: Vollkommen überteuerter Preis. Das Angebot für ein Neugerät war über 35% teurer als das bau- und markengleiche Gerät der Mitbewerber. Da hätte man wenigstens eine entsprechende Beratung erwartet, am Telefon fühlte man sich als Kunde eher knapp abgespeist. Eine vormals schriftlich zugesagte, kostenlose Überprüfung der Anlage wurde bis heute nicht eingehalten. Eine freundliche Email mit Hinweis auf die besagten Probleme (dazu wird man auf der Rechnung ermuntert) blieb unbeantwortet. Schade. Unfortunately, I cannot give a good rating. The originally good work and advice on the installation of a PV system in 2009 was unfortunately not continued in 2020 when a defective inverter was replaced. Main reason: Completely overpriced price. The offer for a new device was over 35% more expensive than the competitor's device of the same construction and brand. At least one would have expected appropriate advice, on the phone one felt as a customer rather being fobbed off. A free inspection of the system that was previously promised in writing has not yet been complied with. A friendly email with a reference to the problems mentioned (you will be encouraged to do so on the invoice) went unanswered. Too bad.

Der Einbau erfolgte nach Starttermin innerhalb von 3 Tagen von einem kompetenten und freundlichen Team von Dachdeckern und Elektrikern. Ein paar Tage später erfolgte die Abnahme und Einweisung von Herrn Harperscheidt persönlich. Wir können Solartiger bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen. After an informative consultation (from a specialist and not from a sales person), we commissioned the PV system (14.8 kW / p) including the battery (19.5 kW). The installation took place within 3 days of the start date by a competent and friendly team of roofers and electricians. A few days later, Mr. Harperscheidt personally gave the acceptance and instruction. We can recommend Solartiger without hesitation.

Auch wenn die Anlage nicht "billig" war, das Gesamtkonzept überzeugte. Die Anlage ist den Preis wert. Der Autarkiegrad liegt bei 80%. Die Mitarbeiter machten einen hervorragenden Eindruck. Bei einer kleinen Störung wurde direkt geholfen. Besonders gefallen hat mir der Satz des Inhabers: Wenn ein mittelständischer Betrieb seine Mitarbeiter anständig bezahlen können wolle, könne er nicht "billig" sein.
