Dort wurde ich so unhöflich behandelt nach über einer Stunde Wartezeit, dass ich dann einmal den sehr kleinen Laden hier vor Ort ausprobieren wollte. Klar, dachte ich mir, muss es erstens bestellt werden, zweitens wird es wahrscheinlich ein Euro teurer sein. Überraschenderweise war er sogar günstiger als einige Angebote bei Ebay. Die Beratung war top. Auch wenn ich mit dem Rollstuhl nicht reinkomme, nahm er sich die Zeit trotz schlechtem Wetter alles raus zu bringen und mir zu zeigen und zu erklären. Besseren Service kann man nicht erwarten. Einen herzlichen Dank dafür. Und das für einen gerade mal 5 € Artikel. Wenn das doch nur in jedem Geschäft so wäre. I was previously in the city at Saturn. There I was treated so rude after waiting over an hour that I wanted to try out the very small shop here. Sure, I thought to myself, firstly it has to be ordered, secondly it will probably be one euro more expensive. Surprisingly, it was even cheaper than some offers on eBay. The advice was great. Even if I can't get in with the wheelchair, he took the time to bring everything out and show and explain to me despite the bad weather. You can't expect better service. Many thanks for that. And for a barely 5 € item. If only it were in every shop.

Mir wurde Nichts überflüssiges empfohlen oder aufgedrängt, sondern nur die PC Ausstattung die tatsächlich für meine Tätigkeit am PC ausreichend ist. Ab sofort wird der Hardware-Store mein erster Ansprechpartner bei PC Problemen sein! Hier ist der Kunde noch König!!! I was friendly and very competent advice, even amateur issues have been explained in detail and with much patience. Nothing was recommended or superfluous to me, but only the PC equipment that is actually sufficient for my work on the PC. From now on, the hardware store will be my first contact for PC problems! Here the customer is still king!!!

Es wurde mir alles genau erklärt, was gemacht worden ist und man hat mich direkt nach der Diagnose angerufen und gut beraten, was man machen kann/muss. Es war sogar günstiger als veranschlagt wurde :-) Ich kann den Hardware-Store jedem empfehlen! They helped me very quickly with my broken hard drive! They even came to the store for me in the evenings to collect the computer. Everything was explained to me exactly what had been done and I was called immediately after the diagnosis and I was given good advice on what could / should be done. It was even cheaper than expected :-) I can recommend the hardware store to everyone!
