★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Mitarbeiter ist 35 Minuten später gekommen als zugesagt, hat 3 Minuten was auch immer an der Maschine gemacht und diese als Totalschaden verurteilt. Ich war mit "Service" und Abwicklung nicht zufrieden gerade deshalb, weil wir die Maschine auch dort gekauft haben. Es gibt auch andere Unternehmen, die sich mehr Mühe geben... so meine Erfahrung.
The employee came 35 minutes later than agreed, did 3 minutes whatever on the machine and condemned it as total damage. I was not satisfied with the "service" and the handling, precisely because we also bought the machine there. There are other companies that are trying harder ... in my experience.
