Obwohl im Internet Öffnungszeiten Freitags von 8 bis 17 Uhr veröffentlicht sind, sagte man mir gleich, dass Freitag der letzte Termin 11 Uhr ist, weil man 12 Uhr ins Wochenende gehen möchte. Ein Mitarbeiter machte sich an die Ursachenbehebung, darauf kam sein Chef und brach die Arbeiten ab, mit der Begründung, "dass sei so aufwendig und nicht machbar." Auf Rückfrage, wann Elektro Rothkopf nochmal kommen könnte, sagte man mir: "Dieses Jahr nicht mehr.", heißt übersetzt: "Wir haben keinen Bock." Gott sei Dank gibt es auch sehr gute Elektriker, die mittlerweile in einer halben Stunde das Problem behoben haben. Lieber Herr Rothkopf, Hochmut kommt vor dem Fall!! Even making an appointment by phone was flippant and unfriendly. An employee set about rectifying the cause, when his boss came and broke off the work on the grounds that "it was so time-consuming and not feasible." When asked when Elektro Rothkopf could come again, I was told: "Not this year anymore", which translates as: "We don’t feel like it."
