★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe schon dreimal die Leistungen von Rickim in Anspruch genommen. Zweimal wurde mir geholfen, beim drittenmal wurde das Steuergerät als nicht defekt zurückgesandt. Ein anderer Fehler wurde deshalb gefunden. Seriös, kompetent und fair im Preis.
 Have already used Rickim's services three times. I was helped twice, the third time the control unit was returned as not defective. Another bug was therefore found. Serious, competent and fair in price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Firma ist wirklich erstaunlich gut! Elektronikkomponenten können vor Ort ausgebaut und repariert werden. Ich hatte vor 12 Jahren die Reparatur einer Zentralsteuereinhei an meinem Renault, die ordnungsgemäß instand gesetzt wurde. Wichtig ist, die Firma Rickim alles machen zu lassen, da andere Vertragshändler hier nicht sonderlich zuarbeiten und es Missverständnisse geben kann - so bei mir.
The company is really amazing! Electronic components can be removed and repaired on site. 12 years ago I had a central control unit on my Renault repaired, which was properly repaired. It is important to let the Rickim company do everything, because other authorized dealers do not work very much here and there can be misunderstandings - like me.

Nach einem längeren Totalausfall sehe ich endlich wieder alles.
Die Kommunikation, der Preis und die Bearbeitungsdauer waren TOP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn ich weniger als einen Stern geben könnte, würde ich es wohl tun! Der Preis spiegelt den Service wieder, ewig lange Reparaturzeiten, trotz sofortiger Begleichung der Rechnung habe ich nach über einer Woche mein Ersatzteil noch immer nicht erhalten.
If I could give less than one star, I probably would! The price reflects the service, endless repair times, despite paying the bill immediately, I still haven't received my spare part after more than a week.
