 Nice employees, competent advice. Very reliable. What is not in stock is ordered quickly and is there within a very short time. Easy to reach. Parking spaces in the immediate vicinity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Mitarbeiterin im Geschäft wirkte unmotiviert und fertigte mich schnellstmöglich und recht unfreundlich ab. Die Zeitschrift war wohl wichtiger. Das war ich anderes von früher gewohnt! !!!! Der Servicemitarbeiter der dann doch nach einem weiteren Telefonat ins Haus kam war dann wie gewohnt sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fazit : 5 Sterne für den Service. , 0 Sterne für die Mitarbeiter im Geschäft
The employee in the shop seemed unmotivated and dealt with me as quickly as possible and very unfriendly. The magazine was arguably more important. I was used to different things from before! !!!! The service employee who came into the house after another phone call was very friendly and helpful as usual. Conclusion: 5 stars for the service. , 0 stars for the employees in the store

Das Personal ist sehr nett, höflich und kompetent und der Laden gepflegt und verhältnismäßig gut sortiert.
Wer den "kleinen" Einzelhandel vor Ort unterstützen möchte und/oder einen guten Kauf mit vernünftiger Beratung tätigen möchte, der ist hier genau richtig!
It was a short but successful and above all positive excursion to this specialist trade.
The staff is very nice, polite and competent and the shop is well maintained and relatively well sorted.
If you want to support the "small" retail on site and / or want to make a good purchase with sensible advice, this is the place for you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unglaublich schnelle Hilfe. Nachdem der Mitbewerber Loskill, dem wir über die Jahre treu gewesen waren, keine Reparaturen mehr macht, rief ich bei Wolske an. Der kompetente Mitarbeiter kam umgehend und behob das Problem an der Waschmaschine. Danke ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kaputten Trockner gegen neuen ganzen innerhalb von 24 Stunden ausgetauscht. Schneller geht nicht. Sagenhaft. Die Dame am Telefon war sehr nett, der Herr vom Service ebenfalls, nett und kompetent, und die Herrn, die den Trockner lieferten, ebenso. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Ich möchte nicht wissen, was für Wäscheberge aufgelaufen wären, wenn ich bei Satu** oder Medi*markt bestellt hätte und ewig hätte warten müssen.... Das nenn ich Service!
Broken dryer exchanged for a whole new one within 24 hours. Can not go faster. Amazing. The lady on the phone was very nice, as was the service man, nice and competent, and so were the gentlemen who delivered the dryer. Can just be recommended. I don't want to know what mountains of laundry would have accumulated if I had ordered from Satu ** or Medi * markt and had to wait forever ... that's what I call service!

Nach einer vor längerer Zeit negativen Erfahrung bei Wolske, war das unser Wiederholungsversuch diese wohnortnahe Fachfirma zu unterstützen. Leider hatte es die Mitarbeiterin noch nicht einmal nötig hinter ihrer Theke hervorzukommen, um die Spülmaschine zu präsentieren. Ihre abschließende kurz und knappe Antwort nach einem bestimmten Model: da müssen Sie im Internet gucken. Na, da sagen wir ? so vergrault man jeden kaufwilligen Kunden.
It remains unclear to us which positive advice the previous reviews refer to. After a negative experience at Wolske a long time ago, this was our repeated attempt to support this local specialist company. Unfortunately, the employee didn't even have to come out from behind her counter to present the dishwasher. Your final short and concise answer about a certain model: you have to look on the internet. Well, we say ? that's how you piss off any customer willing to buy.
