★ ★ ★ ★ ★ in onze LG tv brak een kunstof blokje van de optische kabel af toe we de tv verplaatste . Na contact met LG klantenservice werd ik door verwezen naar radio fortuin . Aan de telefoon met een medewerker van radio fortuin werd al snel duidelijk dat ze begrepen wat er aan de hand was en ze haalde de tv bij mij thuis op en werd een paar uur later bij ons thuis weer netjes geïnstalleerd. In plaats van de tv op te sturen, wat ons niet lukt , kwam Mike met deze service op de proppen. Wij zijn meer dan tevreden en deze jongens weten wat service is . Chapeau ! Mike bedankt !
 in our LG TV a plastic block of the optical cable broke every time we moved the TV. After contacting LG customer service I was referred to radio fortune. On the phone with a radio fortune employee it soon became clear that they understood what was going on and she picked up the TV at my house and it was neatly installed again at our house a few hours later. Instead of sending the TV, which we can't do, Mike came up with this service. We are more than satisfied and these guys know what service is. Chapeau! Thanks Mike!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na flink wat zoeken bij partijen ver buiten Den Haag kwam ik erachter dat Radio Fortuin ook 'gewoon' nog buizenradio's repareert. Top service, vriendelijke mensen. Fijn om dit adres te hebben/kennen om mijn oude Philips radio te kunnen laten servicen als dat (weer) nodig is.
After a lot of searching at parties far outside The Hague, I found out that Radio Fortuin also 'just' repairs tube radios. Top service, friendly people. Nice to have / know this address to be able to have my old Philips radio serviced if necessary (again).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heb mijn Navigatie Plus (Audi) hier laten herstellen. De display was defect en later was er een onvoorziene complicatie met CD schijf. Ze hebben het netjes opgelost voor het bedrag zoals overeengekomen en een aux aanpassing gedaan. Men heeft net zolang gezocht en geëxperimenteerd totdat het werkte. Bij een oud model werkt namelijk niet alles vanzelf. ;-).
Have my Navigation Plus (Audi) repaired here. The display was defective and later there was an unforeseen complication with CD disk. They neatly solved it for the amount as agreed and made an auxiliary adjustment. People searched and experimented until it worked. With an old model, not everything works automatically. ;-).

Guys the shop is well equipped but their service is terrible: I had to do with a bunch of superficial and arrogant guys who scratched my car on their attempt to remove my car navigator and then did not want to admit and pay for this. Avoid to bring your car there for any reparation or installation! My two cents. Max

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As old as the city itself and excellent service. Parts for repair had to be shipped from China and this took a couple of weeks (due to COVID-19) but the guys kept me up-to-date. TV is working flawless again.
