Always good and friendly help, building is neat and always parking.

Office complex with various companies / organizations in it. Not very clear who is in it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a horrible post USSR building, seriously chills went through my spine. It's a collection of offices and I needed to be at one.
The building lacks upkeep and the coffee vending machine was a little dated, as I presume the beans in it were.
Glad I don't ever have to set foot there again.
