Kreeg meteen een professionele en eerlijke mail terug waarin al werd aangegeven dat ons probleem waarschijnlijk bijna net … More zoveel zou gaan kosten als het aanschaffen van een nieuw apparaat en dat het mogelijk zonde zou zijn om 60 euro voor een monteur uit te geven. Deze service had ik niet verwacht. Dikke prima!

 Good service I was honestly told how the washing machine was. And you don't often come across such technicians what the costs will be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No reparation, "it's 20 years old, buy a new one. We can do everything for 800 all inclusive". Firstly they say the motherboard is broken, it costs 300 euro alone. And 5 minutes later they say it's clogged. If it's clogged, why not to clean it? I think, they just have zero motivation in fixing because you pay 60 euro "diagnostics" in any case, just for nothing.
Asked advice for buying a new one, again nothing of use. "They all are the same size". O, really. Extraordinary incompetence.
And in fact they accept cash only, despite other reviews mentioning card payments.
Waste of time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The repair man where quick and nice. They thought the problem was a burned out circuit board. We are not sure. It is an older dishwasher without warrenty of an out of business brand. They said they could get us a different dishwasher which would fit in the small space we have for it. They would call when they checken it. Never heard from them again and they left the whole front of the dishwasher in the livingroom. Probably thought because we said it was ok to replace the dishwasher they did not have to put this one back together but then found they could not find a dishwasher of the correct size. But not nice to leave it lije this.
