★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frans Elferink is an extremely knowledgeable and highly skilled luthier who also happens to be very kind. He is very honest, his prices are moderate and his work is excellent. He did a setup on a vintage guitar for me. The guitar was very hard to play and had some fret buzzing issues despite a very high action. In less than an hour he had the job done. Now, it is by far my favorite guitar as the playability is just perfect ever since he had his hands on it. Highly recommended for anything concerning the archtop guitar.
