De winkel ziet er opgeruimd uit en accessoires en bijproducten worden aantrekkelijkgepresenteerd. Bij het afreken alleen een pinbon ontvangen, volgende keer graag ook een gedetailleerde kassabon. Punt van aandacht is de hoge op en afstap bij het betreden van het pand .Dit is echt heel erg hoog! Ik heb geen waarschuwingsbord waargenomen voor dit hoogte verschil, misschien was het er wel maar is zeker niet opgevallen. De website van de winkel is wel zeer beperkt qua prijsinformatie. Er wordt wel gebruik gemaakt van social media zoals Facebook en Instagram. De huidige eigenaresse is nog druk bezig met de organisatie van haar bedrijf, dus alle punten zullen zeker haar aandacht hebben. De nieuwe eigenaresse is voorheen in dienst geweest bij de oude eigenaresse, dus een vertrouwd en bekend gezicht voor bestaande klanten. Parkeren in de directe omgeving is gemakkelijk en gratis. Het prijsniveau van de haarverf producten ligt hoger dan de grotere kappersbenodigdheden online stores. Hier staat wel tegenover dat je hier kunt rekenen op een gedegen professioneel advies en persoonlijke aandacht. Friendly people were especially enthusiastic.
