β β β β β The website isn't loading. Calls are only received 10:00-12:00 A.M. which is an issue when they are not answered. Emails are claimed to be in the hundreds a day, so not a plausible option. I simply want to know travel requirements/restrictions (during Covid) but unlike all the other countries - there is no website to find recent information. With a flight in a few days, this is super irritating and insulting. Why do we try to support countries by traveling if they don't care enough to share information with the very FEW people actually trying to enter their country?

β β β β β Very professional and helpful. The communication system was quite difficult and frustrating, however, since they introduced the whatsapp service and they new facebook page, communication is much much better.
Used their services multiple times.

Limited time frame window available, high rates for legalization while they don't care about arranging anything on time and have no problen wasting your time

β β β β β I tried to reach them many times but they don't respond, I call them before 12 but they never catch the phone.
I have sent also many emails with no reply back.
I never had such a poor help from any embassy like this.
I hope they change the bad ones who are responsible for getting the people's applications.

β β β β β I have been calling you guys to know , if my visa process has started as itβs almost 2 weeks now ... the lady asked me to call and know about the process ..but you never bother to attend the phone calls , which is quite strange ...kindly let me know how to approach you guys ... the people who gave positive comments about their services please share the phone numbers where they were responded promptly ! ! Very very bad experience...

I have been trying to reach out to them over the phone numbers provided at various times of a day for many days and till date not a single person has answered the phone. How do I get answers to my questions if no one responds on the phone??? Sad state of affairs...

β β β β β My experience with them was because my wife passport got stolen, we couldnβt reach them over the phone, yet when we reached there, they were supper helpful, efficient and super fast, it took them less than 5 mins to issue my wife documents to get her back to Egypt, and that was literally after their working hours as we were there while there were leaving. Thanks for being professional and supportive, you made our life easier.
